Color Me Satisfied

i'm in the search of being content.
i've gone through a lot over the past year, so i'm planning on this blog being a starting point for me to renew my mind, soul, and body.
so i plan to do this by working out and being healthy.
working out relieves stress while also pumping endorphins through your brain, and in turn renewing my mind.
now while working out, i hope in time to lose weight, thus renewing my body (not sure if i'm gonna do the whole goal weight thing).
and while renewing my body i hope to reach complete contentment with myself, and therefore will hopefully renew my soul.

and i need inspiration and motivation, so hopefully that's what this blog will do for me.
so here goes nothin'

had some pringles as a snack, and chinese for dinner (tofu and some vegetable dumplings) no, not the healthiest, but that’s alright.

Brunch-ish

an omelette with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and onions with rye toast and potatoes.

Dinnah

for dinner I had a wrap with hummus, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, onions, and peppers….lovely, and of course shared a bag of chips with my sister.
Delicious.
And all this at Shakespeare in the park (in central park) with my grand parents and my sister while watching “Alls Well That Ends Well” which was brilliant :)
